JANSEN DOMANTAY
My name is Jansen Domantay, I have been in this industry for 3 decades. Very passionate about service, coffee and food, I love building bridges and connecting with the public. Hospitality has changed and will keep on changing, the challenge for me is to keep reinventing myself and finding the right work-life balance.
My coffee is a double espresso on ice, and I’m always prepared to listen and keep one ear to the ground. Always love a banter and always put the customer first.
